The Prime Minister has issued Decision No.1181/QD-TTg to recognize Thuong Tin District, Hanoi, as an advanced new-style rural area in 2024.
The Hanoi People's Committee in April voted to propose the recognition of Hanoi as having completed the national target program on new rural development in 2024.
Setting up public service centers is a good move for Hanoi to streamline administrative procedures and help remove bottlenecks for people and businesses.
