According to the dispatch, the city government has requested departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes and wards to widely disseminate directives issued by central authorities and the city on reforming vocational training for rural workers.
The effort aims to meet the requirements of agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization while raising awareness and encouraging action among officials, Party members, Party committees, and authorities at all levels.
The city also seeks to strengthen understanding of the importance of vocational skills, workforce quality, employment opportunities, and stable income after training.
Relevant departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes and wards are required to continue implementing the tasks assigned under Section V of Plan No. 177/KH-UBND. The plan outlines the implementation of Hanoi Party Committee Plan No. 316-KH/TU, which carries out Directive No. 37-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on reforming vocational training for rural workers to meet the demands of agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization.
The units are also tasked with implementing guidance issued by relevant ministries, sectors, and Hanoi authorities regarding vocational training for rural workers.
The Hanoi People's Committee has instructed directors and heads of relevant departments and agencies, along with chairpersons of commune-level People's Committees, to strictly implement the city's directives on the vocational training reform plan for rural workers in line with the requirements of agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization in Hanoi.
