The department must coordinate with the Hanoi Departments of Education and Training, Home Affairs, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, and the People's Committee of Phu Dien Ward to receive the institutions in full.
The Hanoi Department of Health has been assigned responsibility for receiving SOS Children's Village Hanoi in its current condition, including facilities belonging to SOS Hanoi Kindergarten.
The department is also tasked with proposing a restructuring and organizational plan for SOS Children's Village Hanoi and submitting it to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval through appraisal by the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs after the transfer to city management is completed.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has been assigned to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Health in receiving Hermann Gmeiner Private School in its current operational status.
The department will be responsible for proposing a restructuring and organizational model for Hermann Gmeiner Private School and submitting it to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval through review by the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs after transfer to city management.
The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs will guide the Hanoi Departments of Health and Education and Training, along with the Phu Dien Ward People's Committee, on restructuring organizational models, staffing arrangements and implementation of policies for children, young people, mothers, aunts, officials, staff, teachers and employees currently living and working at SOS Children's Village Hanoi and educational institutions within the SOS system according to legal regulations and practical conditions.
The Hanoi Departments of Finance and Agriculture and Environment have been assigned to guide the Hanoi Departments of Health and Education and Training and the Phu Dien Ward People's Committee in receiving facilities, finances, assets, land, financial obligations and equipment of SOS Children's Village Hanoi and its educational institutions.
The Phu Dien Ward People's Committee will coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Health in receiving functions, responsibilities, students, teachers, staff and equipment from SOS Hanoi Private Kindergarten.
The city will reorganize SOS Hanoi Private Kindergarten in accordance with legal regulations and guidance from the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
Authorities will also study plans for transferring students, teachers, staff and existing equipment to another kindergarten within the ward to ensure uninterrupted teaching activities and continued implementation of policies for teachers and staff after the transfer from SOS Children's Villages Vietnam.
SOS Children's Village Hanoi and Hermann Gmeiner Private School Hanoi will coordinate with the Hanoi Departments of Health and Education and Training on all matters related to transfer procedures, reception activities and organizational restructuring.
The institutions are also responsible for managing students, teachers and staff while reviewing and inventorying facilities, finances, assets, land, financial obligations and existing equipment at SOS Children's Village Hanoi and educational institutions within the system to ensure readiness for transfer when required.
The Director of SOS Children's Village Hanoi and the Principal of Hermann Gmeiner Private School Hanoi under the SOS Children's Villages Vietnam system will bear direct and full legal responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, transparency and legality of financial data, assets, children, students, employees and related documentation associated with the transfer process.
