At the February review meeting and the launch of tasks for March 2026, Phung Thi Hong Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council, said March and the second quarter of 2026 would be a decisive period for finalizing materials for the fifth conference of the Hanoi Party Committee and preparing for the first session and the mid-year regular session of the city People's Council.
