Induction Point No. 6 includes 11 communes and wards: Long Bien, Bo De, Viet Hung, Phuc Loi, Gia Lam, Thuan An, Bat Trang, Phu Dong, Dong Anh, Thien Loc, and Vinh Thanh, with 470 outstanding young citizens joining the Vietnam People's Army and the People's Public Security forces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ha congratulated the outstanding young citizens of the capital as they set out to fulfill the sacred duty of defending the nation. She also acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility demonstrated by families who encouraged their children to continue the heroic tradition and enlist for military service.
According to Ha, fully aware of the Party's two key revolutionary tasks — building and firmly defending the nation — the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee have, for many years, focused on directing Party organizations and authorities at all levels to carry out citizen recruitment and military conscription.
In 2026, more than 4,700 citizens across Hanoi enlisted for service, including more than 60 percent who volunteered by submitting written applications. The proportion of recruits with college, university, or vocational secondary education reached 30 percent. The group includes 164 Party members, while nearly 2,300 individuals have completed preparatory courses on Party awareness.
"These figures not only reflect the quality of the new soldiers but also demonstrate the trust and responsibility of Hanoi's youth toward their nation. It is a source of pride for families, local communities, and the entire city," Ha emphasized.

She also called on every soldier to uphold the spirit of comradeship, preserve the image of the capital's soldiers as disciplined, courageous, humane, and responsible, and work together with their units to complete all assigned tasks, worthy of the trust, affection, and expectations of their hometowns and families.
On this occasion, Ha acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership, direction, and organization of the recruitment process by Party committees and authorities at all levels, including those of the communes and wards participating in Induction Point No. 6.
