Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha has signed and issued Plan No. 88/KH-UBND, dated March 7, 2026, on implementing Directive No. 07-CT/TU dated February 12, 2026, issued by the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on strengthening leadership in the care and protection of children in special circumstances across Hanoi.

Nguyen Manh Quyen, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, has signed and issued Plan No. 84/KH-UBND dated March 5, 2026 on developing e-commerce across Hanoi for the 2026–2030 period.

On March 3, at the Hong Ha Ward People's Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha chaired an inspection meeting on preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils for the 2026–2031 term in the ward.

At the February review meeting and the launch of tasks for March 2026, Phung Thi Hong Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council, said March and the second quarter of 2026 would be a decisive period for finalizing materials for the fifth conference of the Hanoi Party Committee and preparing for the first session and the mid-year regular session of the city People's Council.
