Hanoi Police ensure public safety during Tet

In the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the Lunar New Year, the Hanoi Department of Public Security on February 23 held a spring briefing conference for the Year of Binh Ngo 2026. Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung, Member of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of municipal of Public Security, chaired the conference.
The exhibition featured three thematic sections presenting outstanding activities and notable initiatives of the capital's trade unions through modern and visual formats.
The Hanoi People's Committee on July 14 held a citywide conference to disseminate and provide in-depth training on the new Law on Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue, along with related government decrees and ministerial circulars.
Deputy Chairman Nguyen Trong Dong has urged local wards to enhance public communication efforts, encouraging residents to maintain sanitation and dispose of waste in designated areas.
