Ensuring election progress and compliance for national assembly and people's councils

On January 29, Working Group No. 7 of the Hanoi Party Standing Committee worked with six communes and wards of Chuong My, Phu Nghia, Xuan Mai, Tran Phu, Hoa Phu and Quang Bi on leadership and direction of preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils for the 2026–2031 term, as well as Lunar New Year activities for 2026.
On January 16, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Hanoi People's Council held a voter conference to introduce candidates for the 16th National Assembly during 2026–2031 term.
Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen vowed to make every effort to uphold responsibility and professional capacity, stay close to the people, listen carefully to voters' legitimate aspirations and reflect them fully in our leadership and management.
The conference aimed to ensure that assigned units fully understand the process and implement it in accordance with the law, on schedule and in an objective and democratic manner.

As digital transformation becomes a key driver of national development, Hanoi's youth are demonstrating a unique approach: using technology as a bridge connecting the past with the present, inspiring and spreading patriotism in the digital space. Two projects, "Encoding Historical Sites" and "Restoring Portraits of Fallen Soldiers," were recognized as outstanding national youth projects in 2024 and 2025, reflecting this spirit.
