He expressed sincere appreciation for the leadership and direction of the City Party Committee, the close coordination and support of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Council and the assistance of city leaders, civil servants and voters that enabled the nominees to participate in the conference.

Quyen stressed that, if voters place their trust in them and elect them as Hanoi People's Council deputies for the 2026–2031 term, this will represent not only a personal honor but also a major responsibility, first to the collective leadership of the Hanoi People's Committee and, more importantly, to the voters of the capital.

"Before voters, we solemnly commit that, if elected, we will strictly comply with the law, the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's regulations and uphold discipline and order in the activities of the Hanoi People's Council," he said.

"At the same time, as leaders of the Hanoi People's Committee, we will make every effort to uphold responsibility and professional capacity, stay close to the people, listen carefully to voters' legitimate aspirations and reflect them fully in our leadership and management," Quyen added.

He expressed his hope to continue receiving attention, coordination and support from leaders, officials, civil servants and employees of agencies and units, especially the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee, as well as the supervision and support of voters, so that public concerns can be resolved promptly and effectively, contributing to improved governance quality and sustainable development of the capital.
