Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen speaks at the event.
He noted that 2025 marked a year of major and pivotal events for the country, the capital and Dong Ngac Ward.
After the successful first Dong Ngac Ward Party Congress, the ward Party Committee closely followed the Politburo's key resolutions and Hanoi Party Committee directives, translating them into five full-term action programs and six thematic resolutions for 2025–2030 with clear goals, tasks and solutions.
The ward focused on economic growth, social and cultural development and effectively addressing five local bottlenecks. By the end of 2025, Dong Ngac met and exceeded all 16 socioeconomic targets.
At the ceremony, the ward Party Committee awarded Party badges to 97 members, including two with 70-year badges, one with a 65-year badge and seven with 60-year badges.
Nam expressed deep gratitude for veteran members' contributions to the Party, the country, the capital and Dong Ngac and hoped they would continue offering guidance and support for local development.
Speaking on behalf of the Hanoi Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen congratulated the recipients and expressed confidence that they will continue upholding revolutionary qualities, leveraging their prestige and contributing experience and wisdom to Party building and grassroots political systems.
Acknowledging Dong Ngac's recent achievements, he said the capital's development requires increasingly higher standards.
He urged the ward Party Committee to further strengthen leadership capacity and combat strength, build a truly clean and strong Party organization, prioritize personnel work, internal political protection and Party discipline.
