The capital has taken on a fresh, dignified appearance, with coordinated decorations across streets and squares to celebrate the major political event.
Along streets such as Trang Tien, Hang Bai, Dien Bien Phu, Kim Ma, Nguyen Thai Hoc and Giang Vo, banners, Party flags and national flags have been neatly and uniformly installed, creating a festive and respectful mood.
The area around Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of the capital, has become a focal point, with decorations harmoniously blending natural scenery and celebratory displays.
Colorful flags and flowers merge with the vibrant rhythm of daily life, forming a lively picture that reflects public trust and expectations for the Party Congress.
Concise and impactful slogans highlighting the congress's theme appear in highly visible, high-traffic locations, helping spread the profound political significance of the national event.
The harmonious and dignified arrangements enhance the celebratory atmosphere while leaving a positive impression on residents and visitors.
Large-scale panels and slogans have been installed in front of the Hanoi People’s Council and People’s Committee headquarters, creating prominent welcoming highlights.
At the Dien Bien Phu–Doc Lap–Chu Van An intersection, decorative clusters featuring the hammer-and-sickle symbol of the Party flag alongside the national flag have been arranged in a balanced and solemn manner.
The area in front of the Lenin Statue, next to the Hanoi Flag Tower, has also been carefully decorated.
These decorations not only beautify the urban landscape but also express the capital’s trust, pride and unity in celebrating the country’s especially important political event.
