On January 27, the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee held a ceremony to present Party membership badges to local Party members on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).
Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, attended and presented 70-year Party membership badges to veteran Party members.
At the ceremony, Thang presented a 70-year Party membership badge to Nguyen Van Hap, born in 1935, a member of Cell 36 under the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee.
In this award round, 151 Party members of the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee received Party membership badges.
Speaking at the ceremony, Tong Hoc Nghia, Secretary of the Giang Vo Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People's Council, said the badge presentation holds deep significance and provides an opportunity to recall the Party's proud revolutionary tradition and the 81-year journey of national independence, construction and development.
"Each Party badge awarded today represents not only personal honor and family pride but also the pride of the entire Giang Vo Ward Party Committee," he said.
"The badges also stand as vivid proof of the Party's enduring vitality. The ward Party Committee deeply values and appreciates the contributions of all recipients."

Reviewing recent work and achievements, Nghia emphasized that initial results reflect the collective efforts and intellect of the Party organization and residents, including the valuable contributions of experienced and dedicated veteran cadres and Party members.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the ward Party Committee, he expressed hope that senior Party members will continue to contribute their wisdom and dedication and accompany the ward in achieving stability, peace and sustainable development.
Their continued support, he said, serves as strong encouragement for ward officials and public employees to complete all assigned tasks.
He wished all badge recipients good health and expressed hope that they will remain role models for younger generations and continue striving to reach even higher Party membership milestones.
