According to reports, the project to renovate and expand subject classrooms and functional rooms at Thang Long Secondary School, which meets national standards, required a total investment of more than VND133 billion (US$5 million).
The project features a modern and synchronized design on a land area of about 4,500 square meters, featuring renovation of two existing five-story buildings and construction of a new six-story building with one basement level.
After completion, the school now has 36 classrooms and 14 functional rooms, serving 48 classes with 2,045 students.
The project includes a fully compliant fire prevention and firefighting system, upgraded subject classrooms, functional rooms and modern teaching equipment, meeting all criteria for a level-two national standard school.
