Joining the festive and enthusiastic atmosphere of Election Day, Central Party Committee member and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Trong Dong on the morning of March 15 attended the opening ceremony and cast his vote at Polling Station No. 4 in Phuc Thinh Commune.

Following the opening speech for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, representatives of the organizing committee introduced the election rules and regulations for the polling station. Representatives of voters then inspected and sealed the ballot box.
