Luu said that in 2025, Hanoi achieved many important socio-economic results. With decisive and focused leadership, the city met its key targets and continued to record budget growth, with the private sector and domestic enterprises making particularly significant contributions.

Praising businesses that operate in a methodical manner with a long-term vision, especially family-run enterprises developed across generations, Luu noted that in many countries, such companies help build national brands. Businesses not only generate profits but also create cultural and human values.

Emphasizing that economic development must not come at the expense of the environment, Luu stressed that enterprises must first ensure a healthy living environment, a safe workplace and green spaces.

From the government’s perspective, Luu affirmed that Hanoi consistently regards businesses as a vital component of the economy. The city will continue to reform administrative procedures, create favorable mechanisms for business development and ensure that enterprises are not overburdened by obligations.

At the same time, Hanoi is accelerating digital transformation and the application of science and technology in production and business activities. Luu emphasized that every product should be associated with technological innovation to improve productivity and quality. This requires enterprises to place greater focus on training and upgrading workforce skills to meet integration requirements and expand into international markets.

At the start of the new spring, Luu extended his best wishes for health and happiness to the leadership and employees of Viet Nhat Plastic Company Limited. He expressed hope that the company would continue to operate effectively and pursue sustainable development, reaffirming that the city will always accompany businesses on their development journey.

On behalf of the company, Nguyen Van Thanh, Director of Viet Nhat Plastic Company Limited, expressed his appreciation for the attention shown by city leaders. Thanh said the company was founded in 2002 as a small family-run business. After more than 20 years of development, it now operates three factories and employs around 2,000 staff and workers.

He attributed this growth to the support and companionship of authorities at all levels and to the long-term commitment of employees, many of whom consider the company their shared home. 

Nearly half of the workforce has more than 10 years of service, with many having joined since the early days. The company’s products are highly regarded by the market for their quality and practicality, becoming a source of pride for its entire workforce.

Representatives of the next generation involved in the company’s management also expressed their appreciation for Luu’s insights and guidance, describing them as an important reference for future governance and operations.
