At the meeting, Phung Thi Hong Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council, and a 16th-term National Assembly deputy from the Hanoi delegation, was elected as Deputy Head of the delegation in a concurrent role. Tran Thanh Ha, member of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chief of Office of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation and People's Council, was elected as full-time Deputy Head of the delegation. Nguyen Ngoc Viet, member of the Hanoi Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Da Ward, was elected as a full-time National Assembly deputy.
Speaking after being entrusted with the role, on behalf of the newly elected leadership of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation, Phung Thi Hong Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council, and Deputy Head of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation for the 16th tenure, expressed sincere thanks for the trust and confidence of Hanoi's National Assembly deputies.

Ha said that she and the newly elected deputies hope to continue receiving leadership, direction, and support from the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the Government, the Hanoi Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, and central and city-level agencies, organizations, and mass groups, especially fellow National Assembly deputies of the Hanoi delegation, to strengthen determination in fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to them.
"We pledge to devote ourselves wholeheartedly, strive and contribute to the best of our ability, always placing the interests of the Party, the people, and the capital first. We commit to working in unity and with full dedication alongside members of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation to fulfill all assigned tasks," Ha emphasized.

Ha noted that upholding the tradition of previous terms, the leadership of the delegation will maintain unity and coordination with National Assembly deputies to organize activities effectively and substantively, meeting the expectations and trust of the capital's voters, and affirming the role and position of the Hanoi delegation before the National Assembly, voters, and the public nationwide.
According to Resolution No. 232/NQ-HDBCQG dated March 21, 2026 of the National Election Council announcing the election results and the list of elected deputies of the 16th National Assembly, the Hanoi delegation consists of 32 deputies across 11 constituencies.
