Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi was established under the Party Committee of the city's Party agencies, consisting of six affiliated Party cells. The functions, tasks, organizational structure, and working relationships of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city will be implemented in accordance with regulations and guidelines from the Central Party.

The Party Committee of the city's Party agencies also appointed the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, comprising nine members, with a Standing Committee consisting of three members. Nguyen Lan Huong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi.

Speaking on behalf of the leadership of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, Nguyen Lan Huong said that the establishment of the Party Committee marked an important milestone in the restructuring of the city's organizational apparatus, in line with the directives of the Central Party in the new era. 

Based on a thorough understanding of the requirements of the modern era and the guiding documents from the Central Party and the Hanoi Party Committee, she urged each Party member of the city's Fatherland Front to uphold their pioneering role, set an example, continuously innovate in all aspects of the Front's work, and enhance patriotic movements and campaigns with creativity and tangible effectiveness. She reaffirmed the Front's position as a trusted pillar, fostering public confidence in the Party and the government.
