At the conference, representatives from the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Hanoi People's Committee. According to Decision No. 1166/QD-UBND, dated February 28, 2025, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee appointed Le Thi Huong (born in 1974), Deputy General Director of the Hanoi Investment and Housing Development Corporation, to the position of Member of the Board of Members and Deputy General Director of the corporation. The appointment term is five years.

Presenting the decision and congratulating Le Thi Huong, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan said that 2025 is a particularly significant year, marking a period of acceleration, breakthrough, and completion. It is the final year in the implementation of the five-year socio-economic development plan and the corporation's strategic development.
The corporation has recently commenced construction on the large-scale CT3 - Thang Long Green City social housing project in Kim Chung Urban Area, Dong Anh District. This project holds great importance and makes a substantial contribution to the city's social housing development targets and plans.
Vice Chairman Duong Duc Tuan stated that the Hanoi Investment and Housing Development Corporation is not only a key entity in establishing the city's social housing fund but will also play a central role in managing the national housing fund related to social housing.
The corporation will be responsible for developing resettlement housing and investing in other urban development projects. It must also leverage its traditional strengths in construction, investment, and management to achieve overall sustainable growth and efficiency.
Vice Chairman Duong Duc Tuan urged Huong, as a new Member of the Board of Members and Deputy General Director, to work closely with the corporation's leadership in management and operations to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.
Expressing gratitude for the support of the Hanoi People's Committee and the corporation's leadership, Huong affirmed her commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement to enhance her expertise, political integrity, and ethics. This initiative aims to contribute to the city's program to build one million social housing units. With the corporation's organizational structure now complete, the corporation will focus on achieving the city's assigned targets and plans to ensure sustainable development.
