Attending the ceremony were Politburo member and Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Doan Minh Huan; Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc; Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long; Deputy Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs Nguyen Hai Trung; and Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly Committee for Law and Justice Nguyen Manh Cuong.

Representing Hanoi city were Standing Committee members of the Hanoi Party Committee, including Head of the Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Tran Dinh Canh and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Luu. Local leaders present included Nguyen Huy Cuong, Secretary of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People's Council, and Do Quang Duong, Deputy Secretary of the ward Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People's Committee, together with a large number of voters from Polling Station No. 4.
Polling Station No. 4 covering Residential Groups No. 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 in the R3, R4 and R5 residential complexes of Royal City was decorated solemnly. Lists of voters and candidates were publicly posted to allow voters to review information before casting their ballots.
From early morning, residents in the area gathered in large numbers and followed the instructions of the election team to complete voting procedures in an orderly and disciplined manner. The polling station was arranged systematically with ballot boxes, ballot distribution tables, writing areas and publicly posted lists of voters and candidates in accordance with regulations.

According to statistics from the election team, Polling Station No. 4 has 2,164 registered voters. Preparations for facilities and election materials were completed early to ensure convenient conditions for voters. Members of the election team and support staff were assigned specific responsibilities and guided voters through the voting process in accordance with regulations.
In the atmosphere of the nationwide election day, voters at Polling Station No. 4 cast their ballots with a strong sense of responsibility, placing their trust and expectations in representatives who will reflect the will and aspirations of the people in the National Assembly and People's Councils during the new term.
Observations at the polling station showed the election taking place in a serious, democratic and orderly manner. Voters arrived in an enthusiastic and responsible spirit, recognizing the importance of this major political event. Election organization at the station was carefully implemented to ensure convenient conditions for residents to participate.
The election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term is a major political event for the country. Through their ballots, voters contribute to selecting representatives who possess both integrity and capability, representing the will and aspirations of the people and contributing to the development of Hanoi and the country in the coming years.
