The event will be organized under Joint Plan No. 185/KHLT-UBND-BNNMT between the Hanoi People's Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

It will take place from November 14 to 18, 2025, at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi with 350 booths, and is expected to welcome provinces and cities across the country along with artisans from 30 countries and territories.
The festival aims to honor cultural and traditional craft values, pay tribute to artisans, promote trade connections, and foster the development and global integration of Vietnam's craft villages.
Key activities will include an exhibition space divided into three main areas: Conservation, Development, and Integration.
These areas will feature spaces for preservation, innovation and design, digital transformation, net-zero craft villages, international integration, and an OCOP culinary and regional specialty zone.
An international workshop will be held to share experiences in craft village development. A national craft product competition will take place to honor artisans and award-winning works. There will also be art exchange programs between Vietnamese and international craft villages. The opening ceremony is scheduled for the evening of November 14, 2025.
The Hanoi People's Committee respectfully requests provincial and municipal People's Committees to direct relevant departments and agencies to promote the event, introduce it widely, and support local artisans and craft village establishments to take part.
Registration information should be sent to the Hanoi People's Committee (via the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, 38 To Hieu Street, Ha Dong Ward) before October 15, 2025.
