Accordingly, 37 relics have been recognized as city-level heritage sites. These include: Tuu Liet Pagoda, Hoang Liet Ward; Xom 6 Shrine, Minh Chau Commune; Xom 7 Shrine, Minh Chau Commune; Cao Mat Thuong Shrine, Binh Minh Commune; Linh Quang Pagoda, Binh Minh Commune; Am Pagoda also known as Quan Am Tu, Binh Minh Commune; Thuong Thanh Communal House, Binh Minh Commune; Am Pagoda also known as Pha Am Tu, Ung Thien Commune; Mau Temple, Ung Thien Commune; An Duyet Pagoda, Huong Son Commune; Doc Kinh Temple, Huong Son Commune; Thuong Doc Tin Temple, Huong Son Commune; An Da Pagoda also known as Quan Am Tu, Huong Son Commune; Vinh An Communal House, Hong Son Commune; Vuc Pagoda also known as Tho Vuc Tu, Hoai Duc Commune; Nhuong Hamlet Communal House and Tong Quan House, Hoai Duc Commune; Cuu Quan Pagoda also known as Noi An Tu, Hoai Duc Commune; Phuong Tien Pagoda also known as Phuong Tien Tu, Son Dong Commune; Thuy Than Van Canh Communal House, Son Dong Commune; Giang Khe Shrine, An Khanh Commune; Giua Communal House of Te Tieu Hamlet, My Duc Commune; Xuan Quang Temple, Hoa Xa Commune; Xuan Quang Pagoda, Hoa Xa Commune; Phap Vu Pagoda, Duong Hoa Commune; Diem Xa Communal House, Duong Hoa Commune; Son Tuong Pagoda also known as Thang Son Tu, Duong Hoa Commune; Phuc Quan Communal House, Ung Hoa Commune; An Hoa Temple and Pagoda Complex, Ung Hoa Commune; Hoa Chanh Pagoda also known as Vien Phuc Tu, Ung Hoa Commune; Kien Vu Pagoda also known as Hong Phuc Tu, Ung Hoa Commune; Xuan Ne Pagoda also known as Lien Hoa Tu, Ngoc Hoi Commune; Phuc Am Pagoda, Ngoc Hoi Commune; Yen Kien Communal House, Ngoc Hoi Commune; Phuc Sinh Pagoda, Dai Thanh Commune; Duoi Phu Dien Communal House, Dai Thanh Commune; Huu Trung Communal House, Dai Thanh Commune; and Huu Trung Pagoda, Dai Thanh Commune, Hanoi.
Protected zones for these relics are defined in accordance with documentation and maps included in the scientific dossiers submitted for heritage recognition.
Following the recognition, the People's Committees of Hoang Liet, Minh Chau, Binh Minh, Ung Thien, Huong Son, Hong Son, Hoai Duc, Son Dong, An Khanh, My Duc, Hoa Xa, Duong Hoa, Ung Hoa, Ngoc Hoi and Dai Thanh are responsible for publicly announcing the protected boundaries and preparing dossiers to install boundary markers and implement on-site demarcation in line with their authority and current regulations. They are also required to issue decisions establishing relic management boards, manage land and spatial areas of the relics, oversee all artifacts associated with the sites and organize activities to preserve and promote heritage values and manage revenue sources in accordance with regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee strictly prohibits any construction or exploitation activities within the ranked relic areas and designated protection zones. In special cases where land use or construction is required within a relic site, prior approval from the Hanoi People's Committee is mandatory.
The Department of Culture and Sports and the People's Committees of Hoang Liet, Minh Chau, Binh Minh, Ung Thien, Huong Son, Hong Son, Hoai Duc, Son Dong, An Khanh, My Duc, Hoa Xa, Duong Hoa, Ung Hoa, Ngoc Hoi and Dai Thanh, where the recognized relics are located as stated in Article 1 of this Decision, shall, within their assigned functions and authority, carry out state management of these relics in accordance with the Law on Cultural Heritage and related regulations.
