Accordingly, the following sites have been recognized as city-level relics:
- The historical and cultural relic Can Ha Pagoda (Ngoc Bao Tu), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Thai Khe Pagoda (Thien Quang Tu), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic The Tru Pagoda (Khanh Hung Tu), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Thuong Khe Pagoda (Hung Quang Tu), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The architectural and artistic relic Vinh Phuc Pagoda (Dai Phuc Tu), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Dong Linh Temple, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi; the architectural and artistic relic Ngoc Giang Temple, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Phu Trinh Temple, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Bai Ngoai Communal House, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Can Giang Communal House, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Dai Dong Communal House, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The architectural and artistic relic Vinh Phuc Communal House, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Vuon No Shrine, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The architectural and artistic relic Do Huu Ancestral House, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Can Ha House of Worship (Kinh Xa House), Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Temple dedicated to Deputy General Trinh Dinh Nhan, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Kieu Phu Literary Temple, Kieu Phu Commune, Hanoi.
- The historical and cultural relic Bach Thach Pagoda (Sung Hung Tu), Phu Cat Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Bach Thach Communal House, Phu Cat Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Yen Thai Pagoda (Co Tich Tu), Phu Cat Commune, Hanoi;
- The historical and cultural relic Dinh To Pagoda (Thanh Thien Tu), Quoc Oai Commune, Hanoi.
The protected areas of these relics are defined in accordance with the minutes and zoning maps included in the scientific dossiers submitted for their classification.
Following the classification, the People's Committees of Kieu Phu, Phu Cat and Quoc Oai communes are responsible for publicly announcing the protected zones and preparing documentation for boundary markers, as well as installing them in the field in accordance with their authority and current legal regulations.
They are also tasked with issuing decisions to establish relic management boards and managing the land and space of the relic sites, along with all artifacts associated with them.
In addition, the communes will oversee activities related to the protection and promotion of the relics’ values and the use of revenue generated from the sites, in line with Decision No. 61/2025/QD-UBND dated September 26, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee on decentralization and the regulation of state management authority in several socio-economic sectors in the city.
All construction, exploitation and unauthorized use within the classified relic sites and their protected zones are strictly prohibited. In special cases where land use or construction is required within a relic site, permission must be granted by the Hanoi People's Committee.
The Department of Culture and Sports and the People's Committees of Kieu Phu, Phu Cat and Quoc Oai communes, where the classified relics are located, shall, within their assigned functions and powers, carry out state management of the relics in accordance with the law on cultural heritage.
