On March 12, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha, who also serves as Chairwoman of the Hanoi Election Committee, inspected preparations for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term in Dai Mo Ward.
Joining the delegation was Tran The Cuong, member of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council.
Chairwoman of the Hanoi Election Committee Phung Thi Hong Ha and the delegation visited and encouraged personnel responsible for election preparations at several polling stations in Dai Mo Ward, including Polling Station No. 16 in Electoral Unit No. 4 (Vinschool Greenbay Primary School, Vinhomes Greenbay Me Tri residential area), Polling Station No. 3 in Electoral Unit No. 4 (Residential Group 5, Trung Van) and Polling Station No. 18 in Electoral Unit No. 4 (Residential Group 7, Trung Van).
Reporting briefly to the delegation, Mai Trong Thai, Secretary of the Dai Mo Ward Party Committee and Chairman of the ward People's Council, emphasized that with proactive preparation, seriousness and a strong sense of responsibility, election preparations in the ward have basically been completed on schedule and meet the conditions required to organize a democratic, safe and lawful election.
Dai Mo Ward has 30 polling stations and 30 polling teams. Of these, 11 polling stations are located at cultural houses, nine in apartment complexes, two in temporary tent structures, seven at schools and government offices in the ward and one at the waiting area of Phung Khoang Park.

As of March 12, 2026, the ward has a total of 42,025 voters. Of those, some 700 people are participating in election service tasks at polling locations.
Thai said that from now until election day, Dai Mo Ward will continue strengthening communication about the election, reviewing and improving facilities at polling stations, updating and checking voter lists and preparing all conditions necessary for election day to ensure security and absolute safety.
The Party organization, government and residents of Dai Mo Ward recognize the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council members at all levels as an important political event for the country and the locality.
The ward is determined to organize the election successfully, ensuring democracy, legal compliance, safety and a true civic celebration for residents.
During the inspection, Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha praised the proactive and responsible efforts of the Party committees, local authorities and the entire political system of Dai Mo Ward in carrying out preparations for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
Ha emphasized that elections represent a particularly important political task demonstrating the people's mastery of governance, so every stage must be prepared carefully, thoroughly and in strict compliance with the law.
"Inspections at polling stations in the ward show strong commitment and responsibility among personnel involved in election preparation. Facilities and decoration at polling areas are dignified, spacious and well organized, ensuring the election will proceed smoothly and successfully," she noted.
To ensure the successful organization of the election, Ha urged the ward's Party committees and authorities to instruct polling teams to carefully review voter lists to avoid omissions or duplication while paying attention to specific groups such as elderly residents, people with disabilities and citizens returning from work outside the locality.

The ward should also continue reviewing and refining event plans to ensure the opening ceremony at polling stations is conducted carefully, solemnly and in accordance with regulations.
The chairwoman of the Hanoi Election Committee also emphasized that local authorities must effectively implement plans ensuring public security, traffic safety and fire prevention and control while proactively handling any emerging situations.
Ha expressed confidence that with the close guidance of the Hanoi Party Committee, coordinated efforts across the political system and strong public consensus, Dai Mo Ward will successfully organize the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, ensuring that March 15 becomes a true civic celebration for the entire population.
