On the monitoring screen, information including the total number of voters, the number of voters who had already cast ballots, the voter turnout rate and the progress at each polling station was updated in real time. This system helps authorities provide quick and accurate direction and management during the election process.

According to a quick report from the O Cho Dua Ward Election Committee, the ward has a total of 50,989 registered voters. By the time the inspection delegation arrived, around 38,000 voters had already exercised their civic rights and responsibilities.
Reporting to the Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Le Ngoc Han, Standing Deputy Secretary of the ward Party Committee and Vice Chair of the ward Election Committee, said the dashboard system enables ward leaders to closely monitor the situation at each polling team and polling area. This allows authorities to provide timely direction and quickly address any issues that arise during the election.

After reviewing the monitoring system and listening to reports, Luu praised the ward's proactive and innovative use of information technology in tracking and managing election activities. The Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee also asked the ward Election Committee to continue closely monitoring developments at polling stations throughout Election Day, promptly address any emerging issues and ensure security and order so voters can fully exercise their civic rights and responsibilities.
