From early morning, a large number of voters gathered at Polling Area No. 17 in Ha Dong Ward to cast their ballots in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. Election preparations were carefully organized. 

Lists of voters and candidates, along with polling regulations, were fully posted to help voters review information before exercising their voting rights. Election officials guided voters through the procedures of verifying information, receiving ballots and casting votes in accordance with regulations.

After completing the required procedures, Ha said the election is an important political event and an opportunity for voters to exercise their democratic rights by choosing capable and responsible representatives to serve in state bodies and represent the will and aspirations of the people.

At Polling Area No. 17 in Ha Dong Ward, the atmosphere on Election Day was solemn, democratic and enthusiastic. From early morning, many local residents arrived to exercise their civic rights and responsibilities. The polling station was decorated with flags, flowers, banners and slogans, while lists of voters and candidates and polling regulations were fully posted to help residents review information before voting.

Many voters said they had carefully studied the biographies and action programs of candidates before voting. With a strong sense of responsibility, each voter hoped to select representatives worthy of representing the will and aspirations of the people and contributing to building a stronger government.

The election atmosphere remained democratic, orderly and in accordance with the law. Public security, environmental sanitation and voter guidance were coordinated closely by authorities and election teams, helping ensure the election truly became a civic celebration for the people.
