The Hanoi Center for Disability Care is responsible for managing, caring for, and supporting persons with disabilities who have no family support and are unable to live independently. The center also provides urgent protection for persons with disabilities in need and supports children with disabilities who have lost their sources of care in Hanoi.

Hanoi Red Cross Society presents health protection products to the Hanoi Center for Disability Care.
Speaking at the donation ceremony, Dinh Thi Phuc, Vice President of the Hanoi Red Cross Society, said the 100 bottles of mosquito and insect repellent will help the center strengthen its resources and supplies for controlling mosquitoes and harmful insects.
The donation will support proactive disease prevention measures, reduce the risk of mosquito-borne infections, and improve environmental hygiene, helping ensure safe living conditions for people under the center's care.
On behalf of the center's leadership, Phung Cong Loi, Director of the Hanoi Center for Disability Care, expressed appreciation for the Hanoi Red Cross Society's practical support in improving living conditions and the environment for persons with disabilities at the center.
The activity carries meaningful humanitarian value, contributing to care for persons with disabilities while promoting compassion and community responsibility. The event also marks activities toward Vietnam Social Work Day on March 25.
