Also attending the meeting were Standing Member of the Hanoi Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan; Vice Chairpersons of the People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen and Vu Thu Ha, along with members of the Steering Committee and the Special Task Force.
According to the report presented at the meeting, since its establishment, the Steering Committee has held five sessions to review and resolve difficulties for 13 investment projects. In total, 22 tasks were assigned to departments, sectors, and localities. To date, 11 out of 22 tasks have been completed.
Regarding the implementation results of the tasks assigned by the Special Task Force, based on the conclusions made by the Chairman of the People's Committee during previous meetings, the Task Force has assigned 69 tasks. So far, 44 out of the 69 tasks have been completed.

At the meeting, representatives of project developers and relevant units reported on the progress and implementation status of various projects, as well as challenges that need to be resolved at the city level.
These included: the investment project to build the park around the regulating lake in the Southwest Hanoi urban area; removing obstacles and resuming the sports center project in Long Bien District (formerly); resolving issues concerning the Van Phuc fuel distribution station project in Ha Dong Ward (formerly Ha Dong District); and the investment project to build housing for sale on land lots marked C1B and C2A in the Van Canh University Urban Area, located in Van Canh and An Khanh Communes, formerly part of Hoai Duc District.
During the meeting, members of the Steering Committee and the Special Task Force directly responded to and addressed current difficulties faced by project developers and involved units.
Based on the discussions, Chairman Tran Sy Thanh requested all members of the Steering Committee and the Special Task Force, particularly the Department of Finance as the lead agency, to promptly review each project to identify specific issues and propose timely solutions.
"The Department of Finance must complete this review by July 31 and report to the city, the Steering Committee, and the Special Task Force so that concrete solutions can be developed for each individual project. The city's guiding principle is to create the most favorable conditions for businesses, investors, and related units to accelerate progress and complete projects as scheduled," Chairman Thanh emphasized.
