The dispatch conveys the direction of Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son regarding activities to mark the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba.

According to the dispatch, Standing Vice Chairman Son agreed with the report and proposal of the Hanoi Red Cross Society. 

He assigned the Hanoi Red Cross Society to issue a plan to organize a fundraising campaign in support of the Cuban people in accordance with the Appeal and Plan No. 175/KH-TUHNCTD of the Vietnam Red Cross Society Central Committee.

At the same time, he assigned the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations to take the lead. The Union will coordinate with the Hanoi Red Cross Society, the Department of Culture and Sports, and Hanoi Radio and Television to organize a music night commemorating the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba. 

The event will integrate fundraising activities in support of the Cuban people as guided in Plan No. 175/KH-TUHNCTD of the Vietnam Red Cross Society Central Committee.
