The ceremony introducing Dong Da Ward's Community Administrative Procedure and Legal Consultation Support Point.
On May 12, the Dong Da Ward People's Committee organized a ceremony to launch the "Community Administrative Procedure and Legal Consultation Support Point" model to improve public service efficiency and enhance residents' access to legal assistance at the grassroots level.
The model was introduced to help residents complete administrative procedures conveniently and in compliance with regulations, while also providing legal consultation and guidance in areas such as civil matters, civil status, land issues, marriage and family and social welfare.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Trong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Dong Da Ward People's Committee, said the ward has a high population density and strong demand for administrative procedures and legal assistance.
Nguyen Trong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Dong Da Ward People's Committee, speaks at the event.
"In 2025 alone, the ward received and resolved nearly 20,000 administrative procedures, handled nearly 100 petitions and citizen feedback cases and mediated dozens of disputes at the grassroots level," Hai said.
"The model was created with the goal of becoming a trusted address where residents can seek information, receive comprehensive guidance and obtain timely support directly at the local level, thereby limiting disputes and prolonged complaints," he emphasized.
At the ceremony, the Dong Da Ward People's Committee announced the establishment of the model's Executive Board, headed by Nguyen Trong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Dong Da Ward People's Committee.
Residents of Dong Da Ward enjoy administrative assistance after the ceremony.
At the same time, the ward signed cooperation agreements with the Hanoi State Legal Aid Center, the Hanoi Bar Association, the Hanoi Lawyers Association and Branch No. 3 of the Public Administrative Service Center to ensure effective and synchronized implementation of the model.
Immediately after the launch ceremony, residents received free administrative procedure support and legal consultation.
Under the plan, the model will operate at the ward People's Committee headquarters, community cultural houses, community activity points and digital platforms.
Residents can access services through various channels, including in-person consultations, telephone, Zalo, or through neighborhood residential groups and mass organizations.
