The Au Co - Nghi Tam dyke road expansion project was completed and inaugurated in October 2024, marking the 70th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

Phung Khoang Lake Park, with its spacious area, lake, playgrounds, and green spaces, opened to the public before the Lunar New Year of 2025. Since then, it has attracted many visitors for sightseeing, recreation, and exercise.

Hanoi’s new Children’s Palace was built on a nearly 40,000-square-meter site at CV1 Regulating Lake Park and was inaugurated at the end of September 2024.

The first phase of Hanoi Children’s Hospital, covering an area of 67,000 square meters, began operation in October 2024. This is Hanoi’s first specialized pediatric hospital.

The Yen Xa Wastewater Treatment Plant in Thanh Tri District has undergone trial operations with a capacity of 100,000m3 per day. This project has increased Hanoi's wastewater treatment rate to 40% and is expected to help restore polluted rivers such as the To Lich River, the Lu River, and part of the Nhue River.
