Hanoi officials try out the digital solutions introduced on March 3.
Hanoi on March 3 introduced a comprehensive digital platform to enhance administrative efficiency across Party organizations, government agencies, and socio-political groups.
The platform includes eight applications. A document management system and an administrative framework designed to support Party organizations and political-social entities at all levels. A task tracking module enables real-time monitoring of assigned work and responsibilities.
There is a hub facilitating planning for work trips and assignments within the Hanoi Party Committee. The AI-powered virtual assistants streamline document retrieval and task verification processes, enhancing productivity and accuracy.
A key feature of the system is the government email network, built on Hanoi's shared IT infrastructure. This secure and unified communication platform will be deployed across all levels of city administration, ensuring seamless coordination among officials and staff.
The document management system offers eight core functions, allowing users to track assigned and completed tasks. A 'paperless meeting' feature fosters an interactive and efficient work environment, minimizing paperwork and boosting productivity.
The AI-powered assistant assists officials in quickly locating information within Party documents. Other tools include an AI-based task verification assistant and a specialized digital signature service for handling official documents securely.
Once fully implemented, these applications will optimize citywide management and communication, streamline workflows, and reduce administrative burdens, enabling officials to focus on key responsibilities.
Additionally, the system will facilitate data collection, policy planning, and socio-economic strategy development, reinforcing Hanoi's commitment to digital transformation.
