On Ba Trieu Street, the delegation visited the home of Mrs. Ngo Thi Phuong, born in 1937, the wife of martyr Tran Hung Hai. After her husband sacrificed his life for the nation, Mrs. Phuong raised their two children alone with dedication and resilience.
For many years, she and her family have been exemplary in following the Party's policies and the laws of the State, actively participating in community movements and neighborhood initiatives, contributing to building a united and civilized society.

Throughout his military service, he earned numerous achievements and was awarded First-, Second-, and Third-Class medals by the State. After returning to his community, he served as Head of the Front Work Committee in his residential area, consistently contributing to local development and setting a strong personal example.
At each home, on behalf of the city leadership, Tuan expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifice and dedication of the war invalids and martyrs who fought for the nation's independence and freedom. The city has also carried out effective social welfare programs that have improved and enhanced the quality of life for its citizens.
