The Hanoi Care Center for People with Disabilities receive donations from authoritise and organizations of Hanoi.
On February 6, the Hanoi Red Cross Society coordinated with benefactors and the Ngoc Mai Red Cross Family to organize a Tet gift program for people with disabilities receiving care at the Hanoi Care Center for People with Disabilities.
The event was among the charitable activities to support disadvantaged and disabled people in Hanoi during the 2026 Lunar New Year.
At the program, Le Tu Luc, Chairman of the Hanoi Red Cross Society, together with the Ngoc Mai Red Cross Family and other donors, directly presented 320 Tet gift packages, 150 children's blankets, 150 seasoning packages, essential goods and VND10 million (US$385) in cash to residents at the center.
Although the material value of the gifts was modest, they carried heartfelt care and compassion, helping bring a fuller and warmer Tet to disadvantaged individuals.
Director of the Hanoi Care Center for People with Disabilities Phung Cong Loi expressed sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Hanoi Red Cross Society and benefactors for their continued support and meaningful contributions.
He emphasized that this timely support serves as strong encouragement and strengthens the confidence and determination of staff and social protection beneficiaries during the Lunar New Year.
The program reflects the Red Cross Society's core role in humanitarian work, spreads compassion and builds a united community where no one is left behind, Loi said.
