The delegation included Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense and Nguyen Phi Thuong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction.

Attending the meeting were Politburo member and Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Party Central Committee members Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Party Central Office and Vu Dai Thang, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

Also present were Phung Thi Hong Ha, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairwoman of the municipal People's Council; Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, former Vice Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee and Vice Head of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation; Standing Party Committee member and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi Bui Huyen Mai; and Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Vice Chairwoman of the municipal People's Council and Deputy Head of the Hanoi National Assembly delegation.

At the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet reported to voters on the outcomes of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Nguyen Phi Thuong, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction, reported on results of responses to voters' petitions handled by the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and agencies and the Hanoi People's Committee.

He also briefed voters on the performance of his duties as a National Assembly deputy.
