Candidate dossiers and voter lists must be complete and accurate to avoid omissions and safeguard citizens' voting rights, he said.
He also reminded communes to carefully organize consultation conferences and meetings with candidates for the National Assembly and People’s Councils, ensure unified and engaging communication, and provide thorough training for election teams and vote-counting staff.
Canh said that printing work must follow regulations and timelines for candidate and voter lists.
He stressed the need to maintain public order and security, raise voter awareness of rights and obligations and ensure the upcoming election succeeds.
