In his congratulatory speech at the Communist Review, Head of the Hanoi Commission for Publicity, Education, and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Doan Toan expressed sincere appreciation for the consistent support and companionship of the Communist Review in every phase of Hanoi's construction and development. 

Nguyen Doan Toan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and Head of the Hanoi Commission for Publicity, Education, and Mass Mobilization visits the Communist Review. 

The Communist Review has not only regularly coordinated in communication efforts to deepen the understanding of the policies and guidelines of the municipal Party Committee and administration, strengthening public trust and consensus among officials and citizens, but has also effectively collaborated with Hanoi in organizing scientific seminars and discussions. These events have helped establish a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the city's policy-making and decision processes.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day, Head of the Hanoi Commission for Publicity, Education, and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Doan Toan conveyed his best wishes to the leadership board, the editorial team, reporters, editors, and staff members of the Communist Review, wishing them good health, happiness, and continued success.

He expressed his hope that the Communist Review would continue to grow stronger and maintain its companionship, cooperation, and knowledge-sharing with the Party Committee, government, and people of the capital in the new development phase.

In his congratulatory remarks at the Government Electronic Newspaper, Toan emphasized that Hanoi highly values the proactive and effective cooperation of the newspaper in delivering information and communicating the city's developmental progress. 

The Government Electronic Newspaper has promptly reported and promoted many new models, effective practices, key policies, and outstanding development results of Hanoi to audiences both domestically and internationally. These efforts have helped affirm the status, prestige, and image of a "Civilized – Cultured – Modern" Capital city that is dynamic and sustainably developing.

Toan wished the entire staff of the Government Electronic Newspaper continued success in upholding their traditions, consistently innovating and advancing, and always remaining a "trusted access point" in the national digital space. He noted the platform's contribution to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of government administration and strengthening the interaction between the government and the people.

He also requested that the Government Electronic Newspaper continue to collaborate and accompany Hanoi in the time ahead, particularly in reporting and disseminating information on the outcomes of the local government's two-tier system reorganization, the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, as well as the upcoming Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Also on the morning of June 17, Head of the Hanoi Commission for Communication, Education, and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Doan Toan visited and extended congratulations to the Hanoi Radio and Television Station.

In his remarks, Toan congratulated the entire team of the Hanoi Radio and Television Station and acknowledged the station's positive, effective, and responsible contributions in the field of public communication. 

He praised the station's efforts in guiding public opinion, promoting patriotic emulation movements, promptly reflecting public sentiment and concerns, and widely disseminating innovative models, creative practices, and exemplary individuals across various areas of life.

According to Toan, the station has demonstrated its pioneering role on the ideological and cultural front of the capital, helping to strengthen trust and enhance the bond between the Party, the government, and the people, while promoting Hanoi's comprehensive and sustainable development.

Toan extended his best wishes to the Hanoi Radio and Television Station, encouraging the station to continue upholding its glorious tradition, maintain a strong political orientation, improve both the content and presentation of its programs, and produce high-quality, insightful, and compelling media products that strongly resonate with society.
