Hanoi accelerates digitalization of land use right certificate

Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai signed Official Dispatch No. 3710/UBND-KSTTHC on November 8, 2024, regarding preparations to expand the utilization of land data within the National Land Database.

The Hanoi People's Committee has directed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to accelerate the digitalization of land use rights certificates and property documents. 

This move aims to facilitate the nationwide expansion of the National Land Database, reducing land-related paperwork in administrative procedures for Hanoi residents.

The department is also tasked with ensuring that the city's land data is thoroughly reviewed and cleaned, in accordance with the assigned plans and objectives.

Additionally, the City People's Committee has directed the Department of Information and Communications to work in coordination with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies to establish connectivity between Hanoi's Land Database and the National Land Database, following guidelines from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The City Police Department is instructed to continue overseeing local police efforts in maintaining up-to-date, accurate, and verified resident data within the National Population Database, ensuring reliable integration with the National Land Database managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
