He noted that Texas is one of the largest economies in the United States, with Austin serving as one of the nation's leading technology hubs. The city is home to major global technology companies, including Tesla, Samsung, Apple, Oracle and SpaceX.
Recently, SpaceX proposed investing $55 billion in the construction of a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Austin. This is a clear indication of the state's growing importance in the global technology supply chain.

According to Mark Duval, the Texas delegation visited Hanoi to explore investment opportunities in the Vietnamese capital.
Expressing his pleasure at welcoming the high-level business delegation from Texas, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung said that the city is entering a particularly important stage of development.
The revised Capital Law has recently been adopted, alongside the Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision. These serve as a historic launchpad for Hanoi to remove bottlenecks, unlock resources and create comprehensive momentum for growth in the new era.
Dung also emphasized that investor confidence in Hanoi continues to strengthen.

This confidence is driven by several factors, particularly the city's attractive investment environment, geopolitical stability, clear development direction and legal framework, significant market potential and strong support from Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung stressed that this is an opportune time for Hanoi to welcome investors, including major technology companies.
He also proposed three areas for immediate cooperation between the two sides: real estate development, startup and innovation networks, and initiatives to support connections among small and medium-sized enterprises.
