In Lang Ward alone, 106 Party members were honored. According to the ward Party secretary, the awarding of Party badges reflects the Party's recognition, respect and high appreciation for the long process of dedication, perseverance and major contributions made by veteran revolutionaries and long-serving Party members to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party, closely linked with the cause of national construction and defense.
This honor is not only a source of pride for each recipient but also for their families, grassroots Party cells, the Lang Ward Party Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee as a whole.
Emphasizing the profound political and human significance of the ceremony, Dan said the Party members receiving badges this time were individuals who embraced revolutionary ideals at an early age and were admitted to the Party while still very young. Many directly took part in the nation's prolonged resistance wars, overcoming immense hardship and sacrifice while remaining steadfast in their commitment to national independence and the Party's revolutionary cause.
"In all circumstances, they upheld strong political integrity and a sense of responsibility, demonstrated exemplary conduct and fulfilled assigned tasks well, earning the trust of the people and the respect of comrades," said Dan.
Despite advanced age and differing personal circumstances, the honored Party members continue to uphold the revolutionary qualities of a communist, remain absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people and stay steadfast in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, as well as the goal of national independence associated with socialism. Many continue to set strong examples in their neighborhoods, actively participate in local movements and activities and make important contributions to the shared achievements of the Lang Ward Party Committee, administration and people.
On behalf of the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Lang Ward Party secretary extended congratulations to the recipients and expressed deep gratitude for the significant contributions made by generations of veteran Party members.
He expressed hope that they will continue to uphold their pioneering and exemplary role, actively contribute to Party building and local governance and serve as role models for younger generations, helping to build Lang Ward and the capital city of Hanoi to be increasingly prosperous, civilized and modern.
