The Red River Landscape Boulevard project covers a total study area of about 11,000 hectares stretching from Hong Ha Bridge to Me So Bridge. The detailed project study area spans around 7,800 hectares.

Design of the project.
The project includes an approximately 80-kilometer traffic boulevard, about 3,300 hectares of landscape parks and recreational spaces and roughly 2,100 hectares allocated for land clearance and urban redevelopment.
Development of this project will be divided into four subprojects, comprising the left and right bank of the Red River, in a roughly 45-kilometer underground metro line along the right bank and the Red River's resettlement urban area.
Preliminary estimates place total investment at about VND855 trillion (US$35 billion). The project is expected to be completed by 2030.
An initial independent subproject will be implemented to serve the groundbreaking ceremony, focusing on the construction of a public park in Phu Thuong Ward. Located near Alley 148 An Duong Vuong Street, the park will cover about two hectares with an estimated investment of around VND670 billion (US$27 million).
