On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Deputy Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs Nguyen Hai Trung reported to voters on the outcomes of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, while Nguyen Truc Anh presented a summary of responses to voter petitions and the delegation's performance.
Voters expressed confidence and optimism about the success of the 10th session, the final regular session of the 15th National Assembly, which concluded a term marked by reform, democracy and accountability and laid the groundwork for the 16th National Assembly term.
Alongside positive assessments, voters raised 15 petitions addressed to the National Assembly, the Government and the Hanoi administration, focusing on pressing livelihood and development issues.
Hoang Xuan Khoa, head of Residential Group No. 7 in Phu Dien Ward, said his neighborhood lies entirely within the Cau Dien Housing Project, which has been in use for more than 20 years but has yet to be formally handed over for local management due to incomplete components and disconnected infrastructure.

Delegates at the meeting.
He noted serious infrastructure deterioration and urged the city to direct the investor to transfer the infrastructure as built and to accelerate construction of an approved road segment linking Phu Dien Kindergarten to Hoang Cong Chat Street.
Representing voters in Tay Ho Ward, Phuong Van Thu raised broader policy concerns, including the timeline and scope of simplifying construction permits for community projects.
He also called for a review of land compensation and resettlement policies, proposed free health insurance nationwide for residents aged 65 and above and urged faster wage reform for grassroots officials, healthcare workers and commune police, along with stronger digital transformation and long-term solutions to urban pollution.
Do Van Toan from Son Dong Commune called for continued efforts to stabilize the macroeconomy, curb inflation, lower interest rates, cut taxes and accelerate public investment disbursement. He urged decisive action on delayed projects such as Ring Road 4, Road 3.5 and Interregional Route 8 and proposed developing industrial clusters, strengthening western Hanoi infrastructure and easing land procedures for households affected by land recovery.
Voters from Hoai Duc suggested raising allowances for youth union secretaries and mass organization heads at the village level, citing heavier workloads under the two-tier local government model. Voters in Tay Tuu Ward called for stronger investment in digital transformation and telecom infrastructure to support e-commerce and simpler procedures for business registration, food safety licensing and OCOP product certification.
At the meeting, representatives of city departments addressed voter questions related to environmental management and policies affecting officials under the two-tier local government system.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang said the 10th National Assembly session marked an important step in renewing legislative thinking to ensure laws are practical and strategically grounded.
He noted that after more than five months operating under the two-tier local government model, Hanoi has achieved positive results that support stable and effective governance.
He said Hanoi's GRDP is estimated to grow 8.5 percent in 2025, higher than the previous year's 6.52 percent and meeting the city's target, despite rising input costs and uneven recovery in real estate and consumption.
Thang emphasized that these achievements reflect strong contributions from local party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, especially the active support of voters and residents in Constituency No. 5.
He said 2026 will be a year of major political events, including the 14th National Party Congress and elections for the 16th National Assembly and the grassroots People's Councils for the 2026 to 2031 term, requiring thorough and responsible preparation.
The city will focus on personnel planning, facilities, procedures, communications and absolute security to ensure elections are conducted democratically, lawfully, accurately and efficiently as a true nationwide civic event.
Issues within the city's authority were addressed directly at the meeting, while petitions under central authority will be fully compiled and reported to the National Assembly Standing Committee and relevant agencies for review and resolution.
Thang urged local leaders and city departments to promptly resolve legitimate voter concerns and expressed hope for continued public trust and support in advancing Hanoi's socio-economic development and building a modern and prosperous capital.
