In the solemn moment, Chairman Thang expressed his hope that the sons of the capital departing for military service today would continue to uphold the heroic tradition of Hanoi, the proud traditions of their local communities, the legacy of previous generations who marched along the Truong Son Trail to save the nation, and the "Three Readiness" spirit of Hanoi's youth.

He urged them, in any circumstances, to remain absolutely loyal to the Party, the nation, and the people, and to successfully accomplish every task entrusted to them by the Party, the State, the military, and the police forces. Photo: Pham Linh
