In a report on the implementation of Program 06, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung highlighted the standout feature of recent initiatives as the project to digitize data on "red addresses" across Hanoi. This initiative aims to support propaganda and educational efforts for union members and young people. The project includes a community virtual space and a VR 360-degree experience encompassing 322 revolutionary historical sites.

By the end of 2024, Hanoi Youth Union plans to digitize 235 historical sites, thereby establishing a digital library and a 360-degree virtual experience space, ultimately creating a digital map system of the city's "red addresses."
Additionally, the Youth Union regularly organizes effective programs and activities such as the "Youth Festival for Traffic Culture" and the series "Capital Youth Engaging in Propaganda and Maintaining Traffic Safety Order." It has also implemented the project "Building a Cultural Identity in Communication and Conduct for Hanoi's Children," enhanced activities to promote reading culture among young people, initiated the construction of youth and children's libraries in residential areas, and launched the campaign "Capital Youth Practicing Civilized Conduct in Cyberspace" for the 2023–2030 period.

Moreover, the Youth Union established and maintains 20 teams to support tourism promotion in Thang Long - Hanoi, primarily composed of university students. These teams are tasked with promoting the cultural and historical values of monuments and landmarks, supporting tourism operations, welcoming domestic and international visitors, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and enhancing the landscapes of historical and cultural sites.
At the conference, members of the Program 06 Steering Committee highly praised the activities, programs, and initiatives implemented by the Youth Union, noting the creative models that have contributed to raising awareness among young people about building Hanoi's cultural identity. Members also provided suggestions to further develop the Union's strengths. Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Do Dinh Hong emphasized the need for the Youth Union to better utilize its pioneering role by promoting innovation and creativity in youth entrepreneurship, supporting young innovators, and spreading effective creative models and products. Deputy Director of Hanoi's Department of Tourism Tran Trung Hieu suggested that the Youth Union, having performed excellently in digitizing "red addresses," should strengthen cooperation with the tourism sector to maximize the value of the city's destinations and historical sites.

She further urged the Youth Union to adopt a more proactive and guiding role, proposing specific programs and activities to the city and taking the lead in organizing these initiatives. She also suggested collaborating with the Department of Education and Training to develop soft skills programs on cultural conduct and life skills for primary and secondary students. This could include short films providing guidance on topics such as identifying unsafe food, the use of phones in schools, and online conduct.
For university students, the Youth Union is encouraged to work closely with universities and the Youth Federation to promote creativity and train a high-quality workforce.
