The introduction of the new headquarters for Cua Nam Ward, which was formed on July 1.
Tran Sy Thanh, Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, on June 30 presented the city's decisions on personnel appointments for the new Cua Nam Ward.
According to the decision of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee of Cua Nam Ward for the 2025-2030 term includes 20 members, with eight members on the Standing Committee and five on the Inspection Committee.
Pham Tuan Long was appointed as Party Secretary. The Vice Party Secretaries are Pham Thi Thu Thuy and Nguyen Quoc Hoan. Phi Hoang Son was appointed as Head of the Ward's Party Inspection Committee.
Long was also appointed Chairman of the Cua Nam Ward People's Council. Hoang Manh Tuan, Chief of the Office of the Hoan Kiem District People's Council and People's Committee, was appointed Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Council.
Son, Head of the Organization Commission of the Hoan Kiem District Party Committee and Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the District People's Council, was appointed as Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Ward Council.
Nguyen Van Dung, Secretary of the Ly Thai To Ward Party Committee in the former district of Hoan Kiem, was appointed as Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Committee.
Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Deputy Chairman of the former Hoan Kiem District People's Committee, was assigned to serve as Chairman of the Cua Nam Ward People's Committee.
Nguyen Tung Lam, Party Secretary of Hang Bong Ward, Trinh Ngoc Tram, Head of the former Department of Education and Training under former Hoan Kiem District, were appointed as Deputy Chairpersons of the Ward People's Committee.
The ceremony also included the announcement of the decision by the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee recognizing the members and the Standing Committee of Cua Nam Ward Fatherland Front.
Cua Nam Ward covers a natural area of 1.65km2 and has a population of 66,667. The headquarters of the Party Committee, Fatherland Front, and other political and social organizations of Cua Nam Ward are located at 21 Ba Trieu Street, Hang Bai Ward, the headquarters of the former Hoan Kiem District Party Committee.
