New leaderships of Hoai Duc Commune receive the appointment from the Hanoi Party and government.
Deputy Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha on June 30 presented official decisions to appoint new leaders for four communes of Hoai Duc, Duong Hoa, An Khanh, and Son Dong.
In Hoai Duc Commune, Nguyen Hoang Truong was appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council. Tran Van Nghia and Nguyen Huy Hoang were named Vice Party Secretaries, while Le Thi Diem was appointed Chairwoman of the local Fatherland Front Committee.
The newly formed commune of Hoai Duc combines the full area and population of the former Tram Troi township, and the former communes of Di Trach, Duc Giang, Duc Thuong, as well as part of the former Tay Tuu Ward, Tan Lap Commune, and the remaining area of Kim Chung Commune.
In Duong Hoa Commune, Phung Ba Nhan was appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council. Le Duc Phong and Nguyen Thanh Tu were named Vice Party Secretaries, and Nguyen Van Thuan was appointed Chairman of the commune's Fatherland Front Committee.
Duong Hoa Commune was formed by merging five former communes of Duong Lieu, Cat Que, Dac So, Yen So, and Minh Khai. It covers 13.47km2 and has a population of 58,688.
In Son Dong Commune, Nguyen Truc Anh was appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council. Pham Gia Loc and Nguyen Dang Son were named Vice Party Secretaries, and Nguyen Thi Thanh was appointed Chairwoman of the commune's Fatherland Front Committee.
Son Dong Commune was formed by consolidating the areas and populations of the former communes of Lai Yen, Son Dong, and Tien Yen, along with parts of An Khanh, Song Phuong, Van Con, and areas from An Thuong and Van Canh Communes.
In An Khanh Commune, Nguyen Trung Thuan was appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council. Ho Trung Nghia and Truong Thi Dung were named Vice Party Secretaries, and Ta Van Thang was appointed Chairman of the local Fatherland Front Committee.
An Khanh Commune was formed from the majority of the areas and populations of the former communes of Van Con, An Thuong, An Khanh, La Phu, and Dong La in the former Hoai Duc District.
It also includes parts of Song Phuong Commune (former Hoai Duc District) and Duong Noi Ward (former Ha Dong District). The commune spans 28.69km2 with a population of 102,137 people living in 38 hamlets and residential groups.
Speaking on behalf of the newly appointed officials, Nguyen Hoang Truong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoai Duc Commune, pledged to uphold revolutionary ethics, continue improving leadership capacity, and lead by example in his new role.
He affirmed his commitment to preserving unity within the Party, building on the achievements and experience of previous generations of leaders.
Truong said that he, along with the Executive Committee, Standing Party Committee, and all officials and Party members in the commune, would strive to fulfill socio-economic development tasks and improve the living standards of the people, ensuring social welfare.
He also vowed to maintain political stability and public order, and build the four communes into more modern, prosperous, and sustainable communities, worthy of the trust placed in them by the city and the people.
