At the site, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong directly inspected conditions supporting the election, including the posting of voter and candidate lists, ballot boxes, voting rooms, and ballot-writing booths. He also listened to reports from the election team on preparation and organization of the election in the area.
Following the inspection, Phong acknowledged and encouraged efforts to overcome facility constraints at the Phuc Xa Secondary School polling location.

Phong also requested the ward to closely monitor the situation and ensure that all voters are able to exercise their rights and civic duties. He encouraged all relevant forces to continue maintaining proper conditions so that the election proceeds safely, democratically, and in compliance with regulations.
Observations at the polling station showed that voters participated in a positive and orderly atmosphere. Instructions were delivered clearly and systematically, while entry and exit routes were arranged reasonably to facilitate smooth movement.
Voters in Hong Ha Ward actively participate in voting on election day.
Many voters said they had carefully studied the list and backgrounds of candidates before voting. Each ballot reflects the desire to select capable and qualified representatives who can reflect the will and aspirations of the people.
Hong Ha Ward has 30 polling stations with more than 96,000 voters, including 3,573 voters at Polling Station No. 13.
