Under the decision, the following have been recognized as city-level heritage sites: Tan Do Temple, Noi Temple, Thuong Temple, and Thuong Pagoda (Linh Nhac Tu) in Hong Son Commune (formerly Xuy Xa Commune, My Duc District); Phu La Pagoda (Ba Do Tu) and Ha Quat Pagoda (Pha Coc Tu) in Hong Son Commune (formerly Hop Tien Commune, My Duc District).
The list also includes Ha Temple in Te Tieu Hamlet, My Duc Commune (formerly Dai Nghia Town, My Duc District); Dong Van Temple in My Duc Commune (formerly An Phu Commune, My Duc District); and Hien Luong Temple in Huong Son Commune (formerly An Tien Commune, My Duc District).
The protection boundaries of each site have been determined based on scientific records and zoning maps submitted with the heritage ranking proposal.
Once ranked, the People's Committees of Hong Son, My Duc, and Huong Son Communes are responsible for publicly announcing the boundaries, preparing records for marker installation, and carrying out on-site demarcation in line with their authority and current laws.
They must also establish site management boards, oversee the grounds, spaces, and artifacts within the heritage sites, and ensure proper protection and promotion of their values.
Revenues generated from these sites must be managed according to Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016, and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021, of the Hanoi People's Committee on managing, protecting, and promoting historical, cultural and scenic sites in the city.
All construction, exploitation, or related activities are strictly prohibited within the designated protection zones of the ranked sites. Any special case requiring land use or construction at these sites must obtain approval from the Hanoi People's Committee.
