These agencies must ensure compliance with the requirements of the Prime Minister in Official Telegram No. 155/CĐ-TTg.
At the same time, the Chairman required the relevant agencies to review and propose additional funding for unexpected tasks if necessary. Reports must be submitted to the Hanoi People's Committee through the Department of Finance for consideration and guidance in accordance with regulations.
The Chairman requested all assigned units to implement their tasks in a serious and focused manner. The goal is to create favorable conditions for the public to have more time to visit and participate in activities and events at the Exhibition.
Each agency must proactively address issues within its authority. Any matters beyond their authority must be reported promptly to the Hanoi People's Committee through the Department of Culture and Sports, along with proposals for solutions.
