Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has signed Plan No.63/KH-UBND on March 3, 2025 to guide the development of the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park until 2030, with a vision toward 2045.

The plan aims to define specific tasks and responsibilities for city departments and agencies to ensure quality and timely implementation, in line with the conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Party and the Steering Committee.

During the drafting process, authorities will update and refine key perspectives, objectives, and development targets for the park. The plan will align with the directives of the Steering Committee.

The development strategy will reflect the new status and role of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park as outlined in the 2024 Capital Law.

Key components of the development plan are as follows:

1. General overview of hi-tech zones.

2. Current status of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park since its establishment.

3. Development perspectives and direction for the park through 2030, with a vision to 2045, in line with the 2024 Capital Law.

4. Solutions to achieve the development goals.

Implementation and coordination

The Management Board of the Hanoi Hi-Tech and Industrial Parks will lead the project, working with the Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research, city departments, and relevant ministries.

City departments must collaborate based on their respective functions and responsibilities to ensure the effective execution of the plan.

The Hanoi People's Committee emphasizes the need for close coordination between city agencies and national ministries. The Management Board must work proactively with stakeholders to meet the deadlines set by the Standing Committee of the Party.
