According to the Decision, the Organizing Committee for the Environmental Protection Communication Program in Hanoi in 2025 is composed of the following members: Nguyen Thanh Loi, Editor-in-Chief of Economic & Urban Newspaper, serves as the Head of the Committee; Nguyen Minh Tan, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, serves as Deputy Head.

Other members include Nguyen Anh Duc, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Economic & Urban Newspaper and Head of the Program Secretariat;  Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Tran Thi Thu Ha, Deputy Head of the city's Emulation and Commendation Committee; and Hoang Duc Vinh, Head of the Science and Education Division, the Hanoi Party Committee Pulicity, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission, who also participates in the Environmental Protection Communication Program.

The Hanoi People’s Committee has tasked Economic & Urban Newspaper with leading and coordinating the organization of the city’s 2025 environmental protection communication program.

Key responsibilities of the Organizing Committee include issuing the official rules for the environmental protection writing contest and establishing the contest’s Secretariat and judging panel. The Committee will also oversee a range of public engagement efforts, such as media events, workshops, discussions, campaigns, and on-the-ground activities, to promote environmental awareness and action.

In addition, the Committee will mobilize participation and support from agencies, businesses, and organizations through cooperation agreements and sponsorships. The campaign will culminate in a closing ceremony honoring outstanding contributions and awarding winners of the 2025 environmental protection writing contest.

The Organizing Committee for the Environmental Protection Communication Program in Hanoi in 2025 will automatically dissolve after completing its assigned tasks.
